I just recently graduated, and starting lashes and I am so discouraged. I’m a perfectionist, and my full set wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t to my liking at all. I got in my head so much I even reconsidered my career. What are things to just keep in mind when you’re lashing?
Tamaree Duncan practice makes perfect! Never let yourself down. If the set that you did and didn’t like analysis it the next time on what you could have done better. Watch a lot of RU-vid’s. Practice on a sponge. Not everyone is perfect at starting off! The more you practice and do lashes the outcome will get better each and every month. Follow my lash page @mailashmatters :)
Don’t worry hun , just think positive and what ever your didn’t like on that set, practice it and your next full set you feel more confident . It gets better don’t lose hope ❤️
Don’t be discourage. Lots of practice and doing sets is going to make you better. I’m a new lash artist and I’m staring with only classics and classic fans. Know what the client wants and style...doll, cat etc. you’re the artist create a style and help the client decide what look is best. Trust I’ve talked to other women and they have no clue how lashes should be applied. You can do It!

Hey I’m a new lash tech and I feel I take a very long time to complete a full set and I’m still not getting every single lash. Is this normal? Or is there any advice anyone can give me in tackling time faster and getting a more full look?
Hi hun, when you begin its normal to take between 3-4 hrs . Me personally it took me about 3-6 months to cut down on time . Be patient babe. Also, I started using easy fan lashes witch saved my day ! It cut my time by 20-15 minutes! I personally love easy fanning lashes 🙌🏼 there’s so many methods to lash those layers ! I use the tape back method. www.maarleenzlashes.com/

So my biggest down side is me questioning if all your fans have to be the same dimension or do you kind of just grab as many as you want when making your fans?
