So after getting a few requests to do a hair tutorial I have finally got round to it! By no means am I a hairdresser, I just thought I'd share with you how i achieve volume :)

Ulta Chi flat irons
GHD hair clips
Conair 1.5 curling iron

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for - oh my goodness I hope I can get my hair to look this good. By the way, you probably get this a lot, but to me you look a bit like Kiera Knightly.

I tried this tutorial this morning and my hair has never looked better! I was having difficulty with getting volume on top and it never occurred to me that instead of trying to blow it out to use Velcro curlers instead. Thanks so much!

I used to have dry frizzy wavy hair too & this ritual helped.1st what mostly helped was doing an at home Keratin treatment, Once a month I use Organix Brazilian Keratin Therapy ($15) after that it's all about keeping it looking healthy by using a sulfate-free shampoo like Loreal & use a deep conditioner everytime u wash. After towel drying use frizz-ease serum & blow dry hair straight with a round bristle brush, then spray hair ends with a heat protector before flat ironing. Hope it helps :)

Hey! Thank you :) In this video i have on Revlon Colorstay normal/dry skin applied with a beauty blender...it gives beautiful coverage. I don't have a makeup tutorial yet but i'm planning on making one tomorrow :)

Hey! I suggest using a serum on damp hair before styling...the TIGI S factor dream drops are good because they have an added heat protectant. The John Freda's 'frizz ease' range is good too! Also did you take your time blow drying it with a round brush...that helps. It's also best if the hair is freshly washed.

Hey I know I have a browdrying tutorial already, but sure I can try to do more! I normally spray while the hair is setting, so for example if you have rollers in, I'd take them out and then spray!

When I do this, I get more of a ringlet at the end than a bouncy wave even when I take a large section of hair. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I thought maybe because it's layered, but that's a total guess.

try taking 2-3 sections at a time and "shape" the curl with a medium - large round brush

Love your video! You are so beautiful. You technique is so practical and easy to follow yet produces amazing results that really do look like Kate Middleton! Blowdryers and I are not friends, so this is perfect. Do you have any long bangs or long layers in this video? I keep telling my stylist to "cut" my hair like Kate Middleton and I end up looking like Jennifer Aniston. If you have any tips on how I can tell her to cut my hair, that would be great!
