Volunteer activation GTA 5 - Pager and Fire House Siren

/volly - Toggles pager on and off
If pager is not on, 7 seconds of silence will be heard before the siren, instead of the pager.
Siren can only be heard within a certain radius (the yellow jack being one of the furthest points in that direction).
Siren gets louder the closer you are to it, and quieter the further away you move from it.
