Volunteering with Redditch & Bromsgrove Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets - Part Two 

For Volunteers Week we spoke to three volunteers from Redditch & Bromsgrove Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets to ask what they love about being a volunteer, and why they would encourage others to follow in their footsteps.
In this second part of our mini-series they share the training provided by the Sea Cadets, and how they work together as a team to make all of their staff and volunteers are supported.
