hell yes this is what should be done to old cars (if you dont want to keep it stock ofc), its so nice to see some of the old volvos are treted well. good job man!
I personally wouldnt have used the m45 box i would have done a t5 swap while the engine was out there a stonger box and have less to worry about in the long run
Näinhän se on. Itse olisin ajanut tuolla sellaisena kuin se videon alussa oli maailmanloppuun asti. Mutta jokainen tehköön omalla autollaan mitä lystää.
What about pistons and rods? Going for aftermarket or keeping it stock? If you have the B230FK oil cooled block, the rods can keep up to about 320-350hp and the pistons could break all between 300-550hp depending on the condition of the build :)
