The Volvo B9TL CDGE bus was the first wheelchair bus and the only Euro 3 bus in Singapore. With SBS Transit being the main operator of the bus with 200 of them being built. First entered on 27 June 2006 on service 21. After 17 years in service and with LTA aim to have 100% eco friendly buses in 2040, the bus made its final service on 22 September 2023.
Although its not the end of the B9TL, the bus eventually became the most popular bus in Singapore. With the Volvo B9TL CDGE now retired, the next oldest bus will be the Scania K320UB bus.

the only last time I took the Volvo B9TL CDGE was in 2019 on service 291 and 196 and the last time I saw it was on 22 September 2023 on service 5B. now it's gone I'll miss them a lot

There are some SBST Volvo B9TL Wright with both Original Sized and Small BCM Sized logos.

It's sad to see these buses retire but there are 2 good news and the first one is Volvo B9TL CDGE SBS7376X is preserved and the second good news I have is Masterpiece Collectibles is making 1:110 scale model of the B9TL CDGE with services 72 and 198.

That day I saw 4 cdge at bedok north depot they not scrapped u should check .

You are not going to believe this but there is such thing as an SBST Citaro with both Original and BCM Sized Logos. The Original Sized Logo is on one side of the bus while the BCM Sized is on the other side of the bus unlike Volvo B9TL Wright, where the Original sized and BCM sized Logos are on both sides of the bus. As a matter of fact I took one of the Citaros with both Sized Logos.
