i have a v50 2.0D 2006 so i upgraded the turbo, camshaft to forged, pistons to forged, oil pump from 2.4D , break discs to 320mm, kayaba struts on suspention, coil springs kayaba dpf off egr off so i reched 250hp its so stable in corners,so powerfull, it realy loves the speed, so i dont know what u did to ur car but mein loves the corners ! i have a friend with s40 his car 2 loves the corners , so realy i dont know what u did2 ur car..... my car is with climatronic not simple ac, so i dont have problems with power....
Yeah stock brakes suck. Common issue is with confusion around lugnut torque spec so a lot of people over torque and then the rotors warp way faster. 320mm is the way to go.
I'm currently eyeing one of these cars at my local dealer. If I get it, I will just use it as a commuter car. So it riding, "soft," wouldn't be a problem. But the brakes, yeah I will have to address that. Safety is the one thing I don't mess around with when it comes to cars. I hope the aftermarket has some good parts for this car for this and other things.
7:20 there are actually many different brodit proclips you can purchase which will create a mounting point for any device, such as a phone or a tablet.
Did you put it up for sale recently? Pretty sure I saw it while shopping around. Thought it was vool to show up in my feed on an account unrelated to the tied to my phone.
It’s called yellow stuff but can’t remember who makes them. Got them from Amazon. They’ve got green for street use, yellow for more adventurous driving and red for racing/track use
I have owned the 09 C30 for 3 plus years. I am burning oil and get a big puff of blue smoke when driving at a steady speed and then making a slight acceleration. Anyone else have this issue? I have previously replaced the diaphragm in the oil breather box as preventative maintenance. Thanks
@@BitterCarGuy When I am due for my next oil change, I am thinking about pulling out the turbo unit and sending it to this company in California who can pressure test it for oil leaks and then rebuild it if needed. I am hoping that is the issue since it is a lot of work to pull the turbo and reinstall it since it is part of the exhaust manifold. Just curious if others have seen this puff of smoke issue after just a small acceleration when the exhaust is good and hot.
