If there was no codes you don't need to rest with computer but its better and with 7th injector it will reset automatically when doing a regen.

@@volvobigtrucks8640 Hey man i was wondering if you could possibly help me out with a code that i have. Ive been getting some fuel related codes and i have narrowed it down to one last code but cant seem to find much info about it online, if you could give some of your insight, it would be highly appreciated. So the code that i have is “SA16 DTC P009B13 - Fuel pressure relief control / Open circuit” is this like a module or something that controls when to relief pressure? Is it somewhere around the fuel rail under the head cover? Its giving me a derate. Ive changed fuel filter and it still comes up. I clear the code but it comes back after a little while. Thanks again Also its a 2018 D13 with the changed fuel system.

If it’s the new engine with the new style fuel system. You need to replace the fuel pressure regulator and harness going to it under the valve cover. It’s been a common problem on these new engines. Not sure for the front harness but for the rear there is an updated harness and pressure sensor for the rear

@@drey-4893 i see thanks for the reply. Im assuming this regulator is basically controlling the pressure in the fuel rail? As for the harness, how difficult is it to replace it? Im looking to tackle this job by my self. Thanks again And yes its the new type of engine like on the 2019-2020 models.

The truck has the p20dc000 fuel supply control valve stuck closed even after module replacement I’m going to lean torwards improper air pressure going into it

volvo big trucks I am not in the truck right now but when I called Volvo they told me it was code for AHI module.i changed it and after 2-4 days same code came back.

@@razaghumman2412 it could be the air regulator, need to see the code to know what direction to go because it can fail air, mechanically, or electrically

Air regulator could be the cause but debree inside the module could do the same.

On the air dryer assembly bolted to the back of it. With two small air lines going to it

In the frame rail on drivers side behind the transmission

@@volvobigtrucks8640 dealer sold me the tall green Bendix cartridge. I hope it fits, changing it in the 🧊

Not that I know of yet. But they take a core so there is something out there
