Can't wait to see the Volvoghini finished. This is the definition of an sleeper. You could make a hole in the hood to make the swap easier, but it would lose the stealth look. Awesome job as always!

It's gonna be funny if people who don't know what you did to this Volvo is gonna ask you if you swapped in a T5 since both these engines sound so similar xD I can already imagine the faces of the people when you open the bonnet to show off the Lambo V10.
Has anyone noticed that hot wheels has more or less copied our man when releasing there Volvo 240 drift car, same colour etc, even down to the dog in the back, hey hot wheels how about some sponsorship for our man.
Uppskattar verkligen att du tar dig tid att göra finishen fin på prylarna, det gör så mycket för intrycket. Men jag har ju sett Supran mfl så jag vet ju att du vill ha finish på grejerna. Såg att det rost/hål i baljorna bakom bakhjulen, alltid tyckt dom är så fula på 240´s så du har har inte funderat på att kapa bort dom och ersätta med slät plåt som på Grupp-A bilen?

Huge inspiration for my own Volvo project car! Even though it’s “just” a 740 Turbo. Love your choice to keep it stealth, that’s important. With larger rims and a deeper airdam, you might be able to hide any extra height with a few visual tricks… Also, it’s a little cheesy but I bet this is a rare car that would look good w/NASCAR-style steelies + Mooneyes hub caps…again, to hide wider rubber but still look like a professor’s car.

I love unique builds like this and i have always been a fan of old school volvo wagons. Will you be able to register this in your country and drive it on the street? Or is it just going to be a track toy?
Fantastic Fabrication, and SUPER COOL Bonus of the GroupA Volvo! I still have my K-Jetronic in my Volvo. I plan to do a full rebuild of it in the coming year. The Simplicity of the old injection systems really amazes me.
For the height of the intage... maybe one of the ugly transitional hoods like the 82, 83, 84 etc.? They are a fair bit higher than the 81 and earlier ones? Also would ad to the sleeper look since it looks even more like a grandpa car and hints at a chassis year that is harder to legaly engineswap?
That's probably the best sleeper RU-vid has these days. Early gen rød and patina, no hole in the hood, it doesn't get much sleepier than that I reckon. Awesome, thanks for sharing!

That welding machine fuse seems to be just standard slow (snail fuse) 1A fuse what you can replace with any other brand. I cant tell if it matters if its ceramic fuse or glass tube fuse.
