Idk how much of a difference it would make but i believe you're supposed to do the testing/tensioning with the motors active and the toolhead in the position you used in the video. That's how I did it anyway following along with another video.
Mobilux is a lithium based grease and these are not considered safe for plastic parts, they're great for lubricating metal on metal surfaces. A silicone grease (optionally with PTFE) would be a much better choice
Just to clarify, my understanding of the suggestion here is that they're recommending silicone/PTFE grease for the application I used in this video, which was ABS printed parts sliding on one another. PTFE would be fine for that, and maybe even a better choice, but it's also true that you should avoid using it for lubricating linear rails. And thanks for the reply, Hector.
