Thanks! I think a water cannon would work beter, where you launch an amount of water rather than vapor. With a vortex cannon there is mostly a shock wave coming out of the barrel, not so much gass volume. Forinstence me and my friends have been standing in frond of the cannons at around 5 meters distance, and it just feels like a ferm slap on the butt, but we wern't being pushed over.

Yes they always come watch the spectacle, what me and my friends do in the Netherlands at new years eve is just one of many loud bangs 🤯

Thanks! Never tried because it would take to long to fill with my hydrogen generator. I tried it in a normal pipe and H2 has less jules per liter so the bang is less loud and higher pitched.

Yes, we have been standing in front of it (with our ears plugged) at about 5 meters distance, and it felt like someone hit me on the butt with a tennis racket. Also, we shot it at a tree at about 300 meters, which made the branches rattle like crazy!

Yes we made it ourselves . We just copied it from pictures online, I'm not sure what is optimal and I don't think it needs to be very accurate. The big vortex cannon has an opening of 0.8meter and is 3meter long.

I tried that, but that doesn't do anything. The shock wave just travels trough the smoke. This only works if the vortex is slower. But good thinking! 👍

Yes you spotted that right! It fills a pipe with soapy water until it touches a glow plug and gives a loud bang, than it starts again. 1 bang every 2 minutes all day long! Pure madness LOL 😂

With your pipe size I suggest a 50 gallon barrel. But that is ridiculously large ans dangerous and expensive. Cut all your sizes in half and you would have the same size as my largest one.

Yeah my neighbors are gonna feel pain from this video. When I let my 800 watts surround sound stereo that is equipped with 2 24 inch pioneer speakers and 5 inch tweeters in each of them plus I have 2 Bose speakers equipped with 10 inch woofers and 2 inch tweeters . Since I had some neighbors who felt it was okay for them to let this New Year’s Eve 2020 sound like cannons being blown over my house this year. Sure I don’t mind the fireworks but not from 8 pm until 1:30 am New Year’s Day. Right after midnight it should have stopped but they didn’t and it seemed like they were intentionally blowing them up right above my house. Pay back a bitch. 😂

Het mag alleen tijdens oudjaarsdag, en het maximum volume van de verbrandingskamer mag niet groter zijn dan 50 liter. Dat zijn de regels voor carbid schieten, die hier ook op van toepassing zijn aangezien we acetylene gas gebruiken dat het zelfde is als carbid. Regels zijn te vinden op gemeente sites.
