Yep and also that the president's notice meant nothing until the amendment in article 370's requirement for the j&k constituents assembly which was dissolved resulting in making the article 370 permanent leaving no choice for the president admitted by supreme court so the government changed that and president cleverly used the word "whenever the notice is broadcasted on the government device it will come into effect" so the government can lockdown kashmir valley and make unofficial amendments and then read out the notice.
Why not he is vested with enormous power. At one point he requests members to be silent or else he shall NAME them. Naming a member means suspending the concerned member from taking part in the proceedings og house for few sessions! Rules of conduct of business in RS have it!!

BJP was not in majority in Rajya Sabha ..still the bill passed with 2/3rd majority... Thanks to every party who supported the bill and to BJP for introducing it.

I have seen my parents and grand parents watching parliamentary proceeding in my childhood. You haven't watched live telecast earlier then it was your fault.

I hope this big change bring peace and prosperous to J&K and Laddakh. We Indians want Kashmiris brothers and sisters to grow as engineers, civil servents and teachers not stone pelters or terrorist. I am inclined to open my own training centre in Kashmir to educate youth in cyber security
You live in India and still are that ignorant with your knowledge about Kashmiris?! I live over 7,000 miles away from Kashmir and I'm fully aware of the overwhelming amount of Kashmiri engineers, civil servants and teachers in Kashmir in comparison to the number of stone pelters and militants.
@@TeresaGill86 He never said there are no Kashmiri engineers exist. But there can be more, don't you agree? My all Kashmiri friends are educated but that doesn't mean there is no problem. Still vast have to leave the state for higher studies that must end.

India having high GDP 9.5% during 2021 and 2022.... 9. According to world bank India is the manufacturing hub in next 2 years.. 10. Swaach bharath abhiyan..ujwal yojana.. 11. Indian heritage and culture has been improved in last 5 years....khasi temple .. construction of road to chard dam.. 12. Demonitization... I Know some losses been happen but believe me corruption rate decrease to 45% by implementing digitalization... 13. Banning of tripple talaq .....it saves lot of Muslim women's...
