Why is that statue glowing This is the theme that plays when fighting the Bastion Guardian, a boss in Voxlblade Remade! Join the discord for regular updates about the game (and soundtrack) here: / discord
Miney i just wanna say that Voxl would NOT slap as hard as it does without the bangers you dropped for it. So thanks for locking tf in and dropping nothing but heat.
Whats i like about this ost is that it sounds like a bit kind of strict and metallic if you get what i mean. I extremely synchronized and mechanized so that it doesnt feel like youre fighting a monster, it feels like you are fighting a machine. This ost is really fitting for the environment.
0:00 boss music jumpscare 0:35 void motif briefly comes in then fades away into the background 0:39 text starts glitching, robotic voice makes some noises 0:53 void motif comes back a little louder and stays 0:57 glitchy stuff part 2, shorter than last time 1:11 section that reminds me of the horrors of war for some reason 1:15 main theme motif comes in briefly (presumably not enough time for it in crumbling bastion) 1:24 lord frogg motif !!!!! 1:33 main theme motif again (?) 1:42 some other motif possibly, haven't memorized the entire ost yet so idk 1:46 THE VOID ENCROACHES (stimulus included) 2:22 the horrors of war return, same motifs 2:57 song loops 6:06 a solid 25 seconds of nothing but a black screen (maybe someone should brighten that)
I think 1:42 is flora fields but my ears may fail me 1st: it just resembles it but not sure 2nd: deadlands and flora fields are at the opposite sides of the map
@@Nah-et9nk i honestly have no idea where this could be from, but it seems like you could just spontaneously hear it in caci king, queen bumblz, corr and normal buni prince, or maybe even lord stratos. might just be miney's general kinda style and he didn't know what to put there, so maybe that's why it just sounds like an uncanny valley motif. also what room are the boss engravings in?
lord frog cavern has corrupt mode bee hive has enraged mode Bastion should have a restored mode The bastion is restored to its former glory after having the bastion artifact absorb 20 refined cores, 1 brilliant gem, and 5 binding orbs. Raiding this transformed place makes you realize it was more like a high-tech laboratory than an underground rock temple. The enemies, walls, and weapons all are made with some metal alloy harder than regular steel. The archers no longer use bows, but laser rifles, the knights upgrade from stone spears to laser ones, and the clerics cast impenetrable force fields onto their allies. When you get to the boss you notice that it's no longer confined to the center of the room with legs perfectly intact. The entire body is made of a material harder looking than what the enemies were made of. It's holding the hilt of a sword, and instead of a mallet, it has a cannon that doesn't seem to be powered by anything. Things start going south when it gets charged.
now this song is alot more interesting, theres a bunch of motifs here like the others but this one is more serious and dark compared to the others and there is a distinct technologic tone to it with the robotic and glitchy sound effects used. its very unique and stands out from the other themes, another banger to add to my list, now im hoping to hear even more in the near future.
