The build got slightly nerfed. It only deals 3.5k damage now. That's still pretty good though. Also yea, the shrine of balance does boost the damage of claw.

here's the thing: you have to wait for the channeled depths buff to max out it's potency, and that time can vary with how much of the perk you have

i can see that its an ocean blade but i still dont know the handle (tho i think its frozen guard or sunken wood)

Yes it will cause more sociable perk and more sociable perk means more runw damage so 5x warped will prob deal most damage hes prob on a budget

@@DegenerateDevil Nope, it's better for me to use the legendary enchants so that the overall damage gets increased. If I used more warped enchants, the extinguish damage would be decreased because there isn't any magic/water boost to buff the civilian perk. Also, I can only use the fireball before the potency reaches two so that it doesn't remove the bonus damage effect from channeled depths when I use dragon claw.
