Voyage To The Crystal Grotto is a boat ride located within the Fantasyland themed area of Shanghai Disneyland in China. To honour the discovery of the Crystal Grotto, the people of Fantasyland created enchanted sculpture gardens along the waterway lining its approach. Each honours one of the tales inside the cavern and lives on as an enduring part of the Disney legacy. The ride uses water fountains, special effects and a beautiful soundtrack to immerse guests in the magical world of Disney.

It actually looks like the ride is malfunctioning around this section. I've seen in other videos that Mickey is supposed to be spinning on the book while the broomsticks pour water from their buckets.

It actually looks like the ride was malfunctioning, beggingin around the Aladdin section. I saw some differences from other videos, like SoCal Attractions 360's video. In the Aladdin section, Abu spins, opens the jeweled egg and it sprays water. In the Sorcerer's Apprentice section, Mickey is supposed to be spinning on the book while the broomsticks pour water from their buckets, and in this section the audio becomes unsynced.

Honestly this ride is very disappointing. I wish the whole ride was about an actual crystal grotto and not weird sculptures.

Well, I don't dislike the scenes themselves, but they would be more interesting if they looked like statues and then slowly "came to life". They could use LEDs in the things to make it look like Pixie Dust or something was enchanting the statues to make them move.
