Vice President Kamala Harris is juggling attempts to soothe Democrat concerns over President Joe Biden’s candidacy with reported efforts to map out her possible ascension to the top of the Democratic ticket. This isn't a conspiracy. You can't stick you head in the sand and pretend there aren't serious problems with Joe Biden at the top of the ticket. There's going to be a second presidential debate, and Joe is not up for it. His debate performance wasn't bad, it was catastrophic. Put Kamala Harris up against Trump, and Trump will be demolished. She has the mental faculty to call Trump out on his lies. This is the last time Democrats will be running against Trump, giving them the best chance to win. Kamala could be president for the next eight years. Biden, if he can win which is far from guaranteed, can only be president for another four. After another four years of Biden the Republicans are pretty much guaranteed to win the next presidential election. Biden needs to step down for the good of the country and the good of the party.

After the many times Biden has stated that he's not dropping out, it continues. I propose that the president should give them their desire. Biden should resign with immediate effect, and the VP Harris would automatically become President. As such, Harris leads the ticket for reelection and the party choses the new VP, at the convention.

Especially when they're talking about Harris but they don't talk about the evil things that she has done while she was attorney general in California. In the past CNN called her out for it but now everyone just wants to ignore what she did. I'm sure that innocent man that was sitting on death row because she was withholding evidence and only released it when she was forced because of the Scandal hasn't forgotten who are the man who sat in jail that she fought to keep in jail with a falsified confession from her office. Not to mention all of the other cases with Brady violations that were going on for several years while her office staff complained and she refused to stop it from happening I don't think we still even know how many innocent people are in jail because of her horrible evil Acts. Better late than never my friend :) As a Republican, I encourage everyone to dig deep beyond the cooperate media and find the *true* nature and spirit behind these affiliated parties. No one is perfect, but the culture and substance behind the party is what we have to decide we would like to align with. If Joe stays in, I think they should immediately, and daily, showcase Harris' speeches , town halls and highlight what she does as VP. It could give the public more confidence in her as a leader. When Joe gets elected, she can step in if, at anytime in the next 4 years, he needs to step aside. Some people's decision will be influenced by the VP pick.

Harris has been largely kept under wraps because when she's out among the public, she just doesn't impress. Were she as good as you seem to think, we'd have seen more of her the last 3 12 years. But we haven't. And that's because she isn't inspirational in the least - which is why such a large swath of Democrats do not support her becoming their presidential candidate.
