I am focusing on just these two stats on the simple hud for July. My bankroll playing 10 cent NL started at 60 dollars. On 7/27/20 my bankroll is 164 dollars. In August I will start attacking using 3 betting.
VPIP and PFR occur in different situations. When you have initiative or not. In the first case the raise is frequent. In the second call is more frequent, and should occur with the best hands and not the worst. Makes sense?.
I don't look at them that way. VPIP measures every type of preflop pot entry (limping, calling, open-raising, 3betting, iso-raising, etc.), and PFR measures the aggressive methods of entry (any raise, so iso-raises, open-raises, 3bet and 4bet+).
Hey sky I have a question: should I use 30 percent of 1225 Combos as a number its because I hold 2 hands so I block 101 Combos so the opponent cant hold these so his 30% range is not 400 Combos anymore its 367 combos?
You can if you want, but I wouldn't. We're not always thinking in terms of our hand versus their range. We also think about our range vs their range, so we want to keep all 1326 combos as being possible holdings they can pull their range from. Thanks, Jong.
