"Peaked" is typically a negative way to say something didn't get any better, usually said in hindsight. "The aughts peaked when Smash Mouth went mainstream." The implication is that the aughts sucked. So by saying, "VR has officially peaked" he's saying it's not going to get any better than this game, the phrase doesn't really mean the game is the best thing on VR. This guy seems like a talent less hack with a poor command of the English language. FFS, gaming content on YT has become flooded with asset flips, like VR games on Steam.
