Loved this! Totally not lame at all! It was fun to watch you process the EDC idea for tarot. So many folks who did a VR included Morgan Greer. So fun. 😊❤ Thanks for joining in.
I hear you about small space and overwhelm. Having my decks in drawers is very helpful for me (tiny home life). Organization is something both my brain and my home needs.
@@AuntyKsTarot Organization is SO important in so many facets of my life 😆Yes, definitely a smaller MM deck I love . . . and that I feel others would also like. Alas, my tastes aren't my friends' tastes 😆
Love a VR mashup, and also let them eat creep! Pull out those creepy cute decks and they can just suffer 😆 also, very with you on tins with the rattling noise.
Hanson-Roberts seems like it might make a good EDC deck-on the small size but not rattling around in a tin, easy to shuffle, replaceable, kind of a classic! This was fun 😊💖
I think I've always chosen MG over the HR because the former is "prettier" to others (or at least, to my friends) than the latter? I adore HR. So many teeth! 🦷🤣
I have to laugh because my thought process on the everyday-carry is so similar-just like, eh, I don’t know. 😆 I’m also such a hermit…and don’t know if you ever watched Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, but the “I Have Friends” song is totally in my head now. 🤣 You’re always so fun, so thanks for this (and that little clothesline of doll outfits is so stinkin’ cute). 🖤
What about one of your mass market cat decks in your purse to carry around -- in a bag (not a tin)? Everyone loves cat decks so if people asked for a reading from you, I feel like they'd respond well to the cards, pretty universally. And you of course, love cats. I enjoyed seeing your tarot "cupboard", Juli. Thank you for sharing!! xoxo
Totally not boring at all. Even though it wasn't a bam here are my decks for this tag, I really love seeing that the struggle is real and other people have issues with that as well. Also totally agree with you on the criteria that it has to be a deck that I don't care to much about just in case sth happens to it. But I think that that's the point where the struggle comes in, cause there aren't many decks that I'm neutral about in the sense that either I'm excited about them and love or they don't stay in my collection, cause I don't use them, cause they feel boring.
Yes, I can so relate. And the decks I love, I feel like the people I read for won't, and I want them to be visually invested and like the images well enough? There's really no reason I need to make this so hard for myself 🤣
This was a lovely mashup! And I so relate to your struggles of finding a perfect everyday carry tarot. Mine has been the Hanson-Roberts for a good while now, but the problem with it is that it lives in a little pouch, and I usually carry a water bottle with me as well... So that's a recipe for a disaster! I tried carrying my Halloween tarot in a tin with me a couple of times, but the rattling noise drove me absolute nuts! 😂
Hi 👋. I just wanted to drop in and say I also hate that noise that the cards make in the tin too! I don’t move around with decks much but one time I tucked a cut piece of one of those thin spongey cloths. I don’t even know what they are called 🤣. I had some in the kitchen so I cut off a piece and folded it and put it in the tin which kept the cards still. I bet you could also use a little bit of foam sheet like what they use when they pack furniture and stuff, or even like a small piece of cloth if you have any around. I just took it out when I got home lol.
Not boring at all. I wrap the cards in a cloth and then put them in a tin-stops the noise. I use decks I can replace easily or for some reason I have 2 copies of. Could you use your Wild Unknown, I thought you seemed "meh" about it. Not sure where I got that from- maybe 3 girls 1 deck?
Hi Julie, I enjoyed these videos. Do you use lenormand decks as every day carrys? Just out of interest is the bottom roll of your shelf your doll clothes? ❤
I actually don't use Lenormand as EDC, but maybe I should 🤔 Yes, the those are doll clothes hanging at the bottom 🤣 This setup won't likely last long, but it's so helpful for me to see the clothes out in the open, or I tend to forget I have them.
You just have to tell me how you got your cats to fuck off from playing with drawstring bags and those ribbons in boxes you use to lift the decks out😹 Glad to hear you've found the space to house all your decks in your new home. If I read much for others I might bring the White Sage in a tin which couldn't bother or offend anybody, though it is a pip deck and I agree with you about having pictures to lay it out for people! 💖
