In this episode I finish preparing the gearbox for install, install the clutch and flywheel. I also get the engine and gearbox together and off the engine stand.
Finishing gender change so I can change gear.

+One Auto, there's a bit of weight to that gearbox although it's a lot lighter than the auto. That things risking a fu fu valve everytime you try and lift it

Bravo Badger. Looks like a proper garage there, ok ya kinda Scotty Kilmered the vid a bit in one part. Did it call for thread locker on the flywheel bolts , won't be sleeping much till I knows. Cheer 😎

Now was that slap a ding dong or snack on a ding dong. Cause ding dongs are snacks here and ya got me hungering four4 some chocolate. Oh and tell Steve the bolt info is part of the book that you're writing so he's gonna have ta get the book and read it. And don't tell hymn it's a mystery.

Telling the engine to f*#k off had me in stitches Badger. With a gee whizz and a flipper later on. Priceless. Btw, they don't know what Jandals are mate. Lol !

always looks so easy on the youtube videos, im replacing just the clutch disk and cant get the holes on the "gear" looking thing to line up for for pressure plate, even though all three of those prongs are lined up ...fml

Are "Dongleberry" and "Nubbin" the German technical term for those badger? 😂 There would have been 1800% more swearing if this was me putting a gearbox back on. Looks good. Getting close now. Must only be another 3 or 4 hours eork before you can start her up.

+zoidberg444 you can learn these and other specialty words at the Badgertronix Technical Institute for one small fee. 4 hours spare time can be hard to come by at the moment, but hopefully not too much longer
