This was really insightful especially I since I learn some people actually formed relationships in vrchat whether it be romantic or friendly. I agree though on the dating app like all the girls I matched with had a 100% fail like we never really established anything solid like being friends or romantic. Other than that I'm mostly trying to improve upon myself
Hey amazing video, I love the way you put this whole thing together! You brought up some information that I didn't even think about, (5:09) the correlation between that and VRChat was a good catch. VRChat is really amazing heck I've clocked the same amount of hours over my time playing that a salary job would get you in a work year, I've been around since 2017 and noticed a lot of interesting things about the game. It absolutely can boost your confidence and skills when it comes to talking to people but there is now a growing amount of people who have taken it too far and now are relying on the game (unhealthily and regresses any skills learned) instead of using it as a tool to advance their skills. On the relationship side of the game it is more-so now a place where people are trying to date and form relationships. I'm not talking about the humongous hook-up culture in that game but the people who are addicted to dating people. I love the way you framed your video, you showcased the good VRChat which is definitely needed now-a-days but I have 100% noticed the subtle change of the playerbase's wants and needs, think about the backlash after the Anti-Cheat update, a large portion of those users are certainly inside the more adult centered zone of the game. In the sea of people full of negativity I loved your approach to this topic! I do think that there are alot of things to keep in mind for those who are trying to have a serious long-term relationship using VRChat as a medium, it is not easy and there are more hoops and challenges to actually making the long-term aspect of these relationships into reality. I did do a deep-dive breakdown about all these things that are needed if one wants to make it work in VRC, hell you could even call me a pro when it comes it it lol. I'm a quite attractive guy irl and tinder is still difficult for me lol. all it does is get you in the door, hookup, etc, doesn't actually lead to success sadly (although obviously, looks aren't everything after all) :p was a real interesting video, I liked it a lot man.
Met my current GF on VRChat. Will be dating her for a full year in a month. We live in different countries but she plan to move here whenever she can afford it.

In a sea of comments about the American dad video, this one sticks out. I appreciate it dude... Seriously. I'll try to keep this brief. I like making videos, don't get me wrong. And I do put a lot of work into my videos. I do want to keep making videos, but at the moment I guess i just don't have anything worthwhile to talk about. I could continue working on projects I've wanted to do, (continuing Sonichu, Working on another retrospective for the other RMA Mario Webseries, even continuing the Yakuza Retrospective i started. Hell i almost started doing VRChat Funny Moment videos.) But, there's just stuff going on in my life that's making youtube something that i can't sink as much time in as I want to. Do I think things needs to be just the way i want them to? Yeah, but lets be real I ain't capable of that, you can see it in this video lol, plenty of stuff i did people do way better than me. Do i want to come back and upload more? Oh heck yeah. I love doing this, i wish it was more than a hobby so i could upload more, but that's kinda what it's become. A Hobby, something i do when i have free time, unfortunately, time i don't have a lot of. I'm working on something MAJOR outside of this, something that's not going to be a part of the channel. Something that, once complete, might give me some more time to work on videos. As of right now, i have an idea of a short video i want to do. Something that won't take up a lot of time to make, and should be entertaining. Wether it gets done or not, it'll be if i have the time. Maybe in a few weeks? Maybe in a few months?
