After not using the boat for over a year it began running poorly then wouldn't start.
We replaced the fuel pump, fuel pump grommet and screen, needle valve and seat, and VST gasket. It's been working like a champ now for the last 4 months. Whoop!

I’ve been looking for weeks for this video. I must’ve looked at 100 of them and none of them go into detail the way that you have with the fuel rail, the intake manifold and everything to do with the separator tank fantastic job thank you. Now I’m feeling much better about tackling this issue

Wow! Great vid. I just acquired a Key West 186 with a 2004 Johnson/Suzuki 115. Changed the oil, fuel filters, low unit oil, spark plugs, etc today. I was looking at the VST hidden below the intake. I was surprised it was so difficult to get to. My Mercury 4 strokes the VST is right there. I hope I never have to remove this one, but if I do ,THANKS.

Where did you get your fuel pump from? They are like $400

I believe Boats.net. I could've gone aftermarket but didn't want to depend on the PRC.
