That must have been interesting! I always have wondered how toy companies trial ideas - can’t understand how they missed getting feedback on having a purr setting separate from other sounds on this toy, seems such an oversight 🤔

Years ago, I designed software for Vtech. What I appreciated about the company was the openness to propose innovative ideas, whether it was software integrating with robots, toys, or any concept, all to be realized through advanced electronic manufacturing processes. Still, it was a corporation with culture and politics and all the things that vex creative people like me and my team

The fact there isn't a remote control or something to press on the belly to switch functions is a pity.. but aww the movements he makes are adorable. I am from Italy and I have one similar but no movement of the face and head, that's sooo precious ❤❤❤

I really can’t fathom why they didn’t have it as a separate setting - such an oversight 😑 But yes certainly a very cute kitty with very cute movements!
