fun fact: while pretty much outside the US uses metric, most fighter jets (and avionics in general as I understand it) worldwide actually use imperial units. In real life, the only fighter jets you'll see in metric are actually the russian ones (not sure about the chinese).
I've been playing vtol for about 8 months, I have never flown the F/A-26 for longer than 20-30minutes but this is really cool, makes me want to fly it.
for the apu, once the needle gets after the thicker grey line you can turn on the engines, and same for turning of the apu with the engines. you can also use comms by putting you hand neer your mouth and holding the trigger. the course set is use to tell you nav autopilot which direction you want to go to the waypoint from, i think by default its just the direction of the waypoint from where you are now. you should have showed the ejection seat at the end.
Danka shin and cheers. Great video. Also you have a new subscriber. looking forward to watching the rest of these video's as I have just purchased this VR game.
@@DrMedWurst275 hey thanks for replying! Yes, basically just looking for someone to explain a couple of the items. I have read the wiki page, but still unclear what they're talking about. Such as the relationship between the Alpha Indicator and the Prograde Marker. And then the Pitch Indicator.
The prograde marker is also called velocity vector, this shows you where your aircraft is actually going, if you're stalling for example, the nose can point up but your still falling down. Then the velocity vector will also go towards the ground. The alpha symbol indicates the angle of attack. This is the amount of degrees between the nose and the velocity vector. If your nose is on 5 degrees and the velocity vector on -5 degrees you have an angle of attack of -10. For carrier landing for example you want to keep it at around -8 I don't know what you mean by pitch indicator
@@DrMedWurst275 ahhh nice! That helps with carrier landings. This is what the Pitch Indicator does per the Wiki: "Displays the F/A-26B's current pitch angle. The shape below the marker shows where the aircraft's nose is pointing towards on the pitch ladder behind."
Bug...If you switch the joystick mode to be between your legs, whilst on the ground, you can arm and fire the canon or drop bombs..these seem locked out if not between your legs...
Im not sure, make sure you hold the joystick, its only possible while holding the joystick and then try every button Also make sure that master arm is on and you have more than 1 weapon
