Acheron was one of THE Most anticipated characters, particularly by players of the past Honkai games and Genshin (which is a spin-off of Honkai) (for reasons down I hid below because I mention previous games in the series) In a similar to Final Fantasy way, each game is set in a different world but has familiar faces who often have similar abilities, appearances, names, and fates, if you’ve played or absorbed Genshin stuff, you may be familiar with Raiden Shogun who has certain similarities and differences to a character named Raiden Mei, the girlfriend of the main protagonist of Honkai Impact 3rd, Kiana Kaslana. Honkai Impact 3rd and Genshin are the two in the series that really picked up outside Asia, I should also say yuri is baked into the bones of Honkai, a lot of story was written by CN Vtubers, there’s a single man out of a hundred units in HI3, and he’s only inside a specific story

all women are annoying to you, all archetypes are annoying to you, all gimmicks are annoying to you, only hot males are ok, yet you still continue to play/watch gacha/anime games? im not saying you must like something/one, we all have different tastes and im always open to see and hear interesting opinion, but just being indifferent-hateful on all characters just because 'oh no mommy type, oh no it doesnt feel like designs are adding up, oh no she just anoys me' like what are you expecting from these games and genre? oh but male character on screen - 'oh hehehe, i like him, hehehe' even if it is bland character like gepard or blade

i was also turned off by the turn based at first when they announced it but they really make it work its really fun. But the best part about HSR is the story music and characters these things keep drawing me back to the game.

Love how every male character you were happy and excited(quite a mood btw o7) and in some female character you were just meh. Playing through the game you'll understand why there are so much mismash of theme, as we're travelling around different planets. Hoping to see you react to the Myriad Celestia also, they're very well-made and very fun to watch. Wuwa fan found, hoping to see more reactions from you ☺

Argenti is one of those over the top comedic relief characters (except lore wise hes actually really powerful)

(honkai impact 3rd) and its pretty much implied that they are canon too here in this game! also u will find more "expys" (character copys) of characters from their previous games! (honkai impact 3rd) ex: seele and seele voilerei silver wolf and haxxor bunny bronya and bronya zaychick there is one more expy that i would like to tell but that would ruin the fun out of penecony!!! also i would like to add at 16:59 silver wolf is acc playing honkai impact 3rd!

"Why did they rebrand from MiHoyo to Hoyoverse" Here's some lore. Basically they set up their main in Singapore as the company we know as Cognosphere and it was done so that their gov didn't assimilate them (which would lead to Ch**a having access to all data, and main stuff, basically being able to monitor through Hoyo games and anticipating that Hoyo got Cognosphere. I haven't put in all details here but this is the gist of it.

It's funny you would mention neptunia with silver wolf. Silver wolf's VA is the same as Neptunia's main char Neptune.

You should react to the characters ultimates, since the game is turn based they have creativity to spare, so most look cinematic even the 4 stars got cinematic ults

Just in regards to Kafka being a spider character, talking about the design, in this trailer you see her eyes have two versions, and in one of them her eyes have butterflies in them, and I think it’s interesting she has both spider and butterfly in her design in the spider shape on her back and the butterfly pin on her lapel

The woman with the rifle in Seele's trailer is Bronya. They're not a two-in-one unit, they're separate characters but Bronya was Seele's best support when she was released. Seele relies on blitz type of playstyle where she has a lot of Advance Forward mechanic to take extra turns when she kills an enemy, and Bronya's kit revolves around Advancing a unit forward + DMG boost. A match made in heaven (Hoyo's dev room). Also side note: A lot of names (like Kafka, Blade, Silver Wolf, Boothill, Acheron etc.) are aliases because they tend to be galactic criminals or just don't want to be associated with their original names. Side side note: Limited Characters tend to rerun, so if you missed a banner, they will return. Side side side note (sorry): The "weapons" you summon for characters don't affect the appearance of the weapons used in battle. So if you see a character using a cool weapon, that's their weapon.

The animated shorts are stunning also. They also give a lot more context. If nothing else I suggest "Ichor of Two Dragons" and "Rondo Across Countless Kalpas". The former because it's about Dan Heng who you liked a lot, and the later because it's amazing and focuses on Black Swan and Acheron.
