Service mukkiyam அமைச்சரே.. 1.5 years back I bought tcl from local store with 3 years warranty but in 1.5 years they replaced the tv in 2 times.. Because they didn't repair they replaced with another refurbished.. That didn't have same quality or model of what i bought.. But the size is only same.. So first check service availability and policy as giri said...

the main issue with lower price brands like VU tv is that upscaling is really bad. And also VU is still using 2 gb ram which is not sufficient any more for google tv os. I have VU tv. 4k content looks good. but if we play and video 1080 or less resolution then picture looks pixalated.
