Shooting right at .5 of an inch @100 yards and 1inch @200 yards. Never tried single loading, but honestly I’m happy with my groups, and im not sure I could get better groups Than I’m currently getting even if single loading is more accurate LOL. Shooting 60g avs slugs 3063 diameter 948fps sure i could pimp it out and get 180fpe however, I like getting 30+ shots per fill. This gun will destroy birds well over 300 yards even at the slow speed I’m running it at currently. Hands down the best airgun on the market. My FX doesn’t even come close.
@@AfricanAirOrdnance Yes I thought it would be something like that :D Thank you for your honest reply.. p.s I had ordered from you MOAV XL 2024 kits for my 257 and 457 Texan rifles.. very happy with your products specially the valves👍
They dépend of what you're looking for. It's a good airgun but thé best... Not really sure. Have you see thé Epic 2, the FX or thé kalibrgun or Taipan ?
Can you really get 41gr .22 slugs? Finding it hard to believe you can get this much power from a .22 not doubting you just checking that’s not a .25 im set on a Vulcan 3 but trying to choose between .22 and .25 and if it can do this with .22 I have no need for a bigger calibre!
At these speeds I figure there’s even less need to worry about the dwell time in the long barrel. I mean by the the time you twitch the slugs at it’s target!
The rifle is amazing, the groups were not bad with the heavier slugs for sure. I remember when my 55 foot pound Red wolf was considered big power , now it's just about enough 😮
so now we're actually exceeding subsonic rimfire( 40grn.1040 fps) and to be honest more accurate than a lot of .22 rifles, mine included, the temptation to bin the powder burner and embrace the pcp world is becoming greater, do I jump or do I hang on just a bit longer ? the investment is quite large
@@AfricanAirOrdnancebuongiorno amico, ottimo lavoro 👏👏 si riuscirebbe a ottenere stessa velocità 1243fps con uragan 2? Grazie mille per la tua disponibilità
Yes it is I come out of the Big Bore Airgun industry where it's quite normal for a 50 to 70 FPS difference between shots is par for the coarse and point of impact can be kept constant by slightly adjusting point of aim after each shot. That said this video was just made to show what can be achieved with this rifle if you don't mind the drop off in FPS between shots
Yes but when you are running the gun this hot it's using alot of air if you were to de tune it you could run 4 mags with a spread of 3 FPS over the whole 48 shots
Pode me informar quanto tá a reguladora qual mola do martelo ta usando o que foi feito na arma pra chegar nessa potência aqui no Brasil tem pouco conteúdo sobre ela
How come you have the sidelever on the righthand side?.. just interested no particular reason. I have both of mine on the left as supplied from factory. Was thinking to swap sides as my sling gets in the way of the sidelever.
Quick question why are loading one by one? Is there any issues with the magazine? Or just the way you prefer? I understand that slugs fly better in longer distances , great shooting
The stock magazine does not accept more than one 40 gn slug at a time I addressed this issue with a new upgrade kit I designed so that you can load multiple 40 gn Slugs see video link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sLEL22YIkKM.html
Okay found some 40gr .22 slugs! Beginning to believe. Still be good if you can indeed confirm that’s a .22 realise it says 5.5mm in the title but because of the unbelievable speeds you’re getting one could be forgiven for thinking it’s a typing error! it is an expensive gun and I need some reassurance to help make the correct calibre choice.
@@AfricanAirOrdnance impressive work. unbelievable what a few tweaks can do! Have you tried it with a silencer? would it make a noticeable difference at that power? Guessing it would do something, just curious if it would take it down to backyard friendly!!!
Actually it's back yard friendly with 40 gn Slugs as long as you keep the 40 under 1100 fps ,I found no need for a Suppressor got a big one built into the shroud
Guess it just sounded loud because you when you where shooting inside with the lighter ammo. Will rewatch/listen the range segment 👍 still at this power it’s bound to make a bit of a bark, that extra airs gotta go somewhere!
yes it will be compatible with All Vulcan 3 including 30 cal obviously shot count is affected by high power as you use more air but what is more important is good shot to shot stability
@@AfricanAirOrdnance I watched a video of an Arab maintenance technician from Libya explaining his discovery of the reason for the significant drop in speed in some versions of the Vulcan 3 and this is the video link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-O22ZUgG94Mk.html
