VW Beetle Windshield Install 

I'm going to play this music when I install my windshield, it has a comical calming effect on me.

I didn't watch and learn from the music. When I'm riding a carousel, the music is a 50/50 part of the experience. But I wasn't riding here--I was sitting at my computer and learning. Thanks, guys, for the teachings!

I have the exact same car in the exact same color! It IS a stock VW color, but only appeared on '71 and '72 Beetles (I have a '72 Super). It is called "Gentian Blue" ("Enzianblau" in German). It IS a nice color, and can still be had, as I had mine repainted a few years ago.

I think I see little retainer "teeth" along the sides of the window opening. Were those really there and did you remove them before you installed the new window?
