10:10 the bigger the mass of molten material is being poured into the mold the finer details we can cast due to high pressure pushing the material into the mold. That's an interesting detail!

00:52 could we glue the sacrificial part to the woodwith the rest 9f the mold and remove it later? It could help to maintain the gap while gluing

7:57 could we use some type of hopper (made out of plywood) to prevent the spill of material and to make the pouring process easier?

5:36 could we provide the gas the way to escape by cutting additional superficial cuts/gas channels into acrylic? (like 1/4th of a thickness of the sheet)
