When replacing the computer, will the new one need to be programmed or will it already be programmed

Hy thaks fore voideos. ITs very help then do some jobs on NB ;) i have a problem somfing is doing not fine sound in air blow on front vindow intak. Its a last dash bord panel. I have problem i cant not remove it somfing by sides holding panel.

Eeek, a couple of spring metal clips would have been nicer, bloody cheap plastic. Im sorry rich, but i dont like the new beetles, the classic originals look nicer to me. It looks like a normal beetle but over fed lol.
