Hi I just bought vw passat 2013, I am facing a problem of ventilation. When my passat recirculation button is on and the ac is on, still the air from outside comes inside and make inside environment bad. Can you please help in fixing this issue.
Hi. First thing you need to do is do a diagnose with a diagnostictool. I think one of the adjusment elements of the airco which separates the directions of the airflow is faulty. This is a common problem of the vw. Goodluck
@@ServiceResetMyCar I visited a local garage in dubai. The mechanic checked and found the ventilation motor barring was broken. He said you need to change the whole assembly. I asked, just to close the flap permanently as I don't want the outside air to come that way. Other way I can put the doors glass down to get fresh air.. So now my ac cooling has been improved and no outside air is coming in
@@ServiceResetMyCar I was trying to get that specific part to be replaced, but the mechanic said you have to change the whole motor which was too costly. So I asked him to close the flap permanently and finished.
