Arkadaşlar bende aynı problemi yaşadım ama çözdüm. Buzzer ünitesini komple değiştirmenize gerek yok 50 OHM luk buzzer (hoparlör) alıp değiştirebilirsiniz. Ben 15 TL ye buzzer aldım birazda işçiliğe zaman ayırıp problemi çözdüm .
@fatih albayrak aldığın buzzer in ozelliklerini buraya detayli yazabilir misin ? Çünkü plastiğe girdiği çap ve w değeri de gerekli doğru buzzer i almak için diye biliyorum.
@@emrahacl3712 34mm çapında 50 ohm luk buzzer. Buzzerın üzerinde 3450 diye yazıyor zaten . Ankara’da olan arkadaşlar Ulus konya sokak daki Elektronikçiler çarşısında ANADOLU ELEKTRONİKden temin edebilirler.

zolwikwkurwik no, everything resets, odometer remains, but clock and daycounter resets. Futher more no programming needed, just do not turn on acc untill green socket is firmly in place, or else you will get airbag light.
Found the speaker from Aliexpress, after removing the speedometer you need electrician to remove the speaker and replace the new one with metalic heating process to place on the card

Hello mate, I have the same problem on the same car model. Yesterday I dissasembled this and put contact cleaner spray to the speaker area of this board. It worked the sound for just 10 minutes, then it stopped again, so I am planning to change the speaker. Do you have any video or any comment on how to do this? Or maybe the link of the specific speaker for our car

Hi, I have the same problem "no signal when i leave the lights on" but the buzzer works when I drive the car with the handbrake up, so my question do they have two different speakers!?
does your interior light turn on when opening the door? if not it might be door lock related. google for "mk4 golf door lock solders" for similar issues.
Thanks for your interest, and yes the interior light turn on and the low fuel level indicator sound too !! i don't know if with VCDS can i do something to activate or check this ?
not sure how to test it with vcds, maybe a full scan or something? in my car, the door open, didn't trigger the interior lights, but since yours work, im not sure what else the problem could be.
Have you found solution by any chance? I have the same problem, interior light works just fine, I have low fuel and service reminder beep working, but no warning on lights on. EDIT: In case anyone ever encounter this issue - in my case it was loose 8pin socket in cluster - everything worked just fine except lights on warning - resoldering those 8 pins fixed the problem.
Hello, in my polo, the beeper sounds if you leave the lights on and open the door but it is not sounds beep anymore for low fuel & ice indicator (low temperature). Any ideas???
@@panagiotiskaramanos2279 it is strange... as I remember door alert, fuel alerts and temperature alerts use same buzzer. maybe your car's technical specification is different than my car. it will be useful if you can consult to a professional.

Orijinal hoparlorunden ben de bulamadim. Kadikoy yazicioglu ishani'ndan almistim. Hoparlor olarak videodaki gibi mavi olan hoparlorden bulabildim, fakat ozellikleri konusunda bilgim yok.
As I remember you don't need to take off the front plastic in order to access it. I'm not sure but I think take off the back plastic is enough to access it.

Bendeki sorun gosterge panelinin icindeki buzzer(hoparlor) kaynakliydi. Hoparloru yenisiyle degistirdim. Buzzer(hoparlor) 3:43 te gozuken parcadir, orjinali siyah renkli olarak hatirliyorum.
Haklisiniz, isleme baslamadan once kontak anahtarini cikardim ve islem boyunca kesinlikle aracin anahtarini kontaga takmadim. Tanidiginiz bir oto elektrik ustasi varsa ona yaptirmaniz daha guvenli olur, cunku hoparlorun kablolarini lehim yapmak gerekiyor.
