VW TOUAREG 2006 v10DIESEL VID 20110429 143319 A TOTAL ELECTRICAL failure 

Thats a comfort control module problem! Electrical problems were very common in the Touareg! The V10 diesel was a particular animal we all tried to avoid at the dealership! I have years of experience with the V10 Touareg! Turbo issue was another one considering there is two of them and have to be replaced in pairs, and disassembling the entire vehicle to get the turbos out was NO FUN!

You nailed it....$7,000 paid by VW, out of warranty, and the dealership, Van Nuys VW, did not fix ANYTHING....All failures again, throughout the next entire year...and yesterday, the message on the screen was "STOP...Drive Train Failure"...then, blackout, and would not start....

I had that problem with my 2004 V10 ??? Local garage went back to basics and found it to be a dodgy earth strap

You cant do anything with the lemon law!? probably not... warranty with VW? Im assuming you're from California?

I hear an "Unable to Duplicate the Problem in your Future" I hate to Love My German Cars.

old Vw Touareg i love then especially the V10 TDi just awesome but like in this video and other ones they have a fair share of problems The current Touareg much more reliable but abit boring no V10 Diesel anymore only a v8 diesel which isnt as exciting

i have same problem with fault running gear. VW staff said $3000 cad at least that i have to paid.

Woman in the kitchen? GOOD!, Woman behind Touareg steering wheel?. CHAIN IS TOO LONG. Have u noticed drained batteries symptoms perhaps. LAW SUIT??. Do not make me laugh. You americano sue each other over nothing and the problem is stuff waaaaaay over your heads
