They aren't its just 2 VR6s together basically, they last a a long time and are generally problem free. I know of quite a few in the W12 groups past 300,000 miles.

Talking about just the engine, maybe, perhaps a little short. But if we talk about the drivetrain yeap, definitely more expensive. That's basically Bentayga's grandpa.

It’s the same W12 as in the A8 and phaeton just in an suv form. Doubt it’s gas mileage is horrendous.
