Bravo et merci pour la vidéo. J'ai monté le même kit il y a 9 mois et les vis ont déjà de la corrosion.

Hi Thomas, Thanks for the comment! Oh that isn't good news, the bolts I got with the kit are stainless steel so they shouldn't corrode. Hopefully you are able to source new bolts? or you could paint them?

Je suis intéressé par cette modification. Cela ne pose pas de problème au niveau de l'ordinateur de bord? Et pour les durites qui vont sur l'egr et l'intercooler?

If you used the tip of the blue flame where it's at its hottest instead of close to the nozzle, you would get it hot enough so you don't have to keep doing it.

Great video. I live in California and have an imported ACV put into a Eurovan, putting a new turbo and this egr delete kit on it now. What did you do with your EGR valve? I guess I can just leave it with no lines attached?

Thanks for the comment buddy! Much appreciated! I threw the EGR valve in the bin and as for the vac lines, there is a fitting in the delete kit for it. So it all goes back together the same as if it still had an EGR Andy👨🏼‍🔧

@@AMSVauxhall Did you remove your N18 valve which I believe is what the EGR regular valve is called? There are a few lines coming off that into different areas. It looks alike like the N75. Not sure what to do with it.

@@AMSVauxhall do you have any diagrams or a video showing your turbo set up? I’m getting conflicting info on the N18 Vs N75 value and which to use for the turbo control.

what did you do with the 2 vacuum line´s ?

There was only 1 vacuum line and it just goes onto the nipple that is threaded in to the delete pipe or you can blank it off as it’s not needed. Andy

i took mine off and cleaned out carbon with screwdriver and carb cleaner.i could just do that again.my engine 296000 mile now.same as yours t4 2.5tdi acv .isnt the factory way how its supposed to be?

Toying with the idea of getting rid of it in my 310k km 2,5 TDI ACV. Any report on engine performance after removal, e.g. diesel consumption, etc? Cheers!

Didn’t seem to make any difference in any department to be honest. I only did this because I wanted to get rid of the vac pipes to tidy engine bay up Andy👨🏼‍🔧

Atdhe Krasniqi it adds zero power. Stops the build up of carbon in the inlet / EGR which causes many running problems, mostly “bogging down” under acceleration
