You are doing different job from others which helps people to buy best model so that they could not fall in the gimmick of car companies. Great job guys.
I don't understand why people in the comments section are comparing honda city with virtus... No doubt the base variant of honda city is more vfm than the virtus base variant however we should not forget the amazing German engineering on offer... The VW engine is light years ahead than any other competitor
Liked the new additional “personal preference” touch towards the end by lakshya. He mentioned if he were to buy Virtus then he would pay extra for GT variant. I think this also adds more of a connect with the video.
Both 1.0 & 1.5 L can be tuned to 30-50 bhp more than stock without using cold air intake! It does not affect mileage much unless you're redlining at every gear! Getting 30 more hp from 1.0 Turbo is considerably more valuable! Prices of 1.5 L Turbo are going to drop with the new Verna coming in! If you're a Manual Trans fan get Slavia! If you want Auto Trans with 1.5 get Virtus GT. I would personally get the Highline Virtus, paint wheels black, change exhaust, retune it to 160bhp & still enjoy 1.0 Turbo!

Every car manufacturers does something that makes the lower variant opting very difficult. I would trade adjustable rear head rest, small touchscreen and speakers with auto fold ovrm and digital MID. That would be a perfect virtus. I could install sony xav with good speakers.
@@TheVijay4 absolutely 1000% i will tell you to go for it. There isno sedan right now in the 11 to 19 lakh price range that is so good as virtus. Slavis comes close but its fit and finish is quite low. Just keep one thing in mind, its a turbo petrol so drive with a light foot. Else u will have a hell lot of fun.. but mileage will be single digit.. rest it's an excellent package
@@kalpakkar how's ground clearance. Especially laden ground clearance. I test drove the car and just loved it but I was not sure if ground clearance was enough as, test road was quite good. I am using Ford Figo right now and it generally kisses every other speed breaker.
@@dipanshu4807 ha ha.. i can understand bro. I earlier had City.. and it just loved to scrap each and every surface. Every time it scraped it was like someone was scratching my heart. Compared to the city which had a 165mm GC, I was not able to scrap the underbelly of virtus so far. I have tried with 5 adults, 5 adults and 1 child... Still not able to kiss any surface with its underbelly. Coming from a city i tend to take each and every bump and pothhole like a moon crater.. still scraping the bottom with virtus will be a challenge. I had driven over on and off roads, pothholes the size of a moon's crater still the car has not scrapped. Also the stiff suspension helped and i am now confident to take on any kind of roads. Offcourse its no 4x4, but the way its made i mean the solid build and the high ground clearance, it can beat any soft roaders or so called compact/budget SUVs in the market today anyday. You will not be wrong with the Virtus. Go for it
Was eagerly awaiting for this video. Thanks. One point - i have seen the highline variant of the car and it doesn't have auto AC. So why you have mentioned that?
Bruh it has auto AC but due to chip shortage in some cars they've put manual AC. Also if ur car has manual ac then u don't need to pay the full amount, ₹15000 will be deducted from the actual price in such case
@@mrperfect971 the salesman mentioned that that they are facing technical issues with auto AC that's company has removed that. And also they are not offering any discount on that
I have Highline AT and I insisted on Auto AC instead of discount with manual AC. My dealer got me one. Auto AC is available in Highline but due to chip shortage many cars are coming with manual AC but we can get discount in those cases.
ADAS Should be there in VW and Skoda, Its a safety feature, we can avoid accidents like front collision. I had two minor accidents because of my 1 second sleep and carelessness.

V3 cars website say's virtus is c2 segment , under table classification of cars (updated march 2023); but in this video of v3 cars it's mentioned as virtus is D1 segment. Which is correct?
Which one should I buy 1.0 or 1.5 litre virtus top line automatic ? 70 percent city drive and 30 percent highway drive On highway have to go 500 km on strech and my average speed on highway 80-90 kmph
1.0 l will be sufficient. Since most of the drive is inside city and max speed around 100, it's more than sufficient. The torque converter transmission will have smoother shifts in city conditions.
I bought Highline AT and it has auto AC. Due to chip shortage auto AC was replaced with manual AC. But in those cases a discount of 15000 was given. If you don't wish to have discount you can insist on getting you car with Auto AC and they will get you one.
The 1.5 should have also come with an naturally aspirated engine. Turbo isn't ideal engine or driving conditions. Naturally aspirated engine are always better and give out a better engine life always....
He is what he is because of the blood and sweat that he has put in all these years. I bet no one in the industry can match his hardwork. Prove me wrong 😎
The entire video was very hurried and missed some key comparison points such as there is no hill assist in highline manual variant. It also misses key must to have features. I would say badly concieved video this time for one of the most important products launched recently. Also the video lack attention to details
