I think we misunderstood corrupt for incompetent. The judiciary branch is incompetent as they do not even understand the law they are trying to enforce. If we examine most cases they are all mishandled. Can you imagine if Jamaica resumed hanging (the amount of innocent people would be hanged due to a flawed system)

We can’t say that on medical basis because I’m sure many many prisoners also are ill. He should be released because the trial wasn’t conducted fairly and it shows too much that they just wanted to get him at any cost. The case has to be fair and certain beyond any doubt. Too many hole for assumptions to be make. “Oh we have phone evidence.” But the said phone been used otherwise so we can’t say without a doubt that the phone wasn’t compromised. The case was messed up and now we look bad! Let him out and is there grounds to vybz to sue ? Will he speak out publicly is this day of social media? I think he’ll do lengthy interviews and the authorities won’t like that. But the U.K. is watching so maybe they’ll behave 🤷♀️

I listened to kartel giving a radio interview where he said and I quote in English. “I had to bleach my skin to fit in and do what I need to do. Now I am as big as I am I’m going to build a library and sing conscious music for the youths. in order for you to convict a man of a crime , you must have culpable , substantial evidence , that would incriminate the defendent .... other wise , your case falls in the category of circumstantial evidence ... which is a weaker case and in order for you to win at trial ... you would afto have some other evidence which could validly connect the defendant to the crime... circumstantial case rarely become conviction ... due to the fact they might put a fair trial in disripute.. due to lack of sufficient evidence ...
AT ONE POINT , IF I RECALL WELL , THE JUDGE WAS ASKING THE PROSECUTERS , IF THEY BELIEVE THIS WAS A FAIR TRIAL ? CLEAR INDICATION THE CASE WAS IN CLEAR DISREPUTE ... THE PROSECUTER .. KNEW WHAT THAT MEANS .. WHEN A JUDGE , OR PANEL OF LORDS ... IN THIS CASE PANEL OF LORDS ARE ENQUIRING INTO THE CASE TO SEE , IF A FAIR TRIAL HAD WENT ON .... IN A MANNER ABOVE SCRUTINY.. AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE .... ALL WERE BAFFLED .. BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE CASE ... WITH NOTHING TO SUBSTANTIATE THE CONVICTION .....
