This morning, I planned to get trains at Bellevue, but I stopped on the Willard Sub and missed I135 and light power move. I then went to the Northern and Ohio Western Railway but they were switching, so I said screw it and moved north. As soon as I got here, I saw an approach signal for W&LE 90 to head into the yard. W&LE 5413, the Rio Grande locomotive leads manifest 90 at the Center Street railroad crossing #2 in Bellevue on the Lakeshore Connection.
