W&T short row in ribbed neckband 

Short rows are worked in this neckband working the W&T (Wrap & Turn) method. The wraps are incorporated into the purl columns of the ribbing. The wrapped stitch can be left as is, no need to work it to get rid of the wrap, since it looks like another purl bump. That makes this really easy.
Put the wrap around a purl stitch on the right side, and a knit stitch showing on the wrong side (this will be a purl stitch on the right side).
