What with second MCU? This EZS have two HC05. You don't need replace that?

Does this need a new donor EIS or can a used one be used? Just checking there isn't anywhere else in the EIS which stores the unique immo programming! I've remapped and Immo off many ECUs off this car and the chips are very similar so I'm hoping my skills with the ECUs will allow me to clone an EIS for my fathers car by swapping the chips. OK So I had a go at this. Here are my top tips. Do not attempt this unless the chips are of exactly the same type e.g 0D69J in both the original and replacement EIS and both EIS have the same part numbers otherwise it will not work. You need to be pretty adept at surface mount soldering too. I applied kapton tape followed by foil tape around both MCUs and also applied kapton and then foil tape on the casing of each MCU, This will protect the MCUs and PCB etc from excessive heat. I used my heat gun at 350C. In my case, it didn't work because the replacement EIS had an odd chip on the external PCB, should have checked more thoroughly. I also had to re-assemble the original EIS with its MCUs because I didn't disconnect the ESL before starting the job. BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, IF THE EIS IS STILL DISENGAGING THE ESL YOU MUST DISENGAGE ESL AND THEN REMOVE THE PLUG FROM IT SO IT CANNOT LOCK. I literally ended up doing twice as much soldering and re-working because I didn't do this. I'm quite amazed I managed to re-work the original faulty EIS (bad microswitches in the tumbler but still unlocking ESL) twice without killing the MCUs. I will probably be getting this W202 going again by fitting immo off ECU, ESL Emulator and a replacement used EIS and key set.
