i did this myself in my w204 2008 c-classe i have done this in about 6 hours all in 1 day, i had the same amount of bulky cables i just routed them the way the are supossed to go and used some sticky tape to hold the screen converter unit at the top where the plastic screen cover sits and everything fitted perfect OEM 1st try

I have an issue with this radio. I can hear the FM/AM but no sound from Bluetooth or Carplay music. Also NTG mode crashes sometimes.

How’s it working so far? Any problems with it? Is the Audio Quality good? You should do an update video.
