Got a shelink smart watch but whenever put the charger the correct way it's not charging but when I applied the charges the other way it start to change but you have to hold it while it charge because of the magnet

Don't do that because, when heated a magnet at 80°c , the magnet will lose its magnetic force and it will become de magnetized permanently 😂😂😂. You can use thinner for remove the glue from magnet but it's take long time.

I lost my charging cable. How to know the +ve /-ve terminal of the watch so as to charge manually. If charging cable terminals are changed will it damage the watch permanently?

You can apply voltage and test. also if u see video of mine u can find it. if u apply more volt than rated.. it may damage. thank You

No You have to open that Housing. Magnetic Polarity Changing Not possible without Special Machine
