He has created characters of young men who were exposed to terrorism at a young age, thus violence was bred into them. Due to which، they turned out just as violent. They are not any specific people, they are just characters that represent the generation that actually came under the fire after Pakistan indulged in the war on terror. It's an old song, so it talks about a rather traumatic past pf Pakistan.

As far as I can understand, he is talking about various issues in Pakistan including: children begging, people harrassing others for petty reasons, drone attacks by the US, murders in broad daylight, suicide blasts, etc.

In peshawar the kids who begs on roads, sometimes they get raped by truck drivers and other late night drivers (Yes I am talking about child-rape). Its a sad reality, and he is just trying to explain the issue as "Leave the kids, and do the stuff with me, I am ready to be your clown). 18:25 These are fictional characters, and he just created a story which narrates, how a child becomes a terrorist.

He starts with... Until you understand my lyrics. I wont be in this world to appreciate. Before this song he made two songs which were amazing hits Awaam and Jawaab De.. Jawaab De was a political song in which he showed hypocrisy of politicians and religious scholors. It was heavily critisized he took it off his orignal channel. The video was gore and worth watching. Some other channels have uploaded the video. You should check that song out to understand this song Waasta as it has some references to that one.
