Wabash Feed and Garden-Growing Seed Potatoes 

Potatoes are cool weather plants that bloom and die when the temperatures get hot. They can tolerate light frost but not hard freezes. Cut your potatoes in pieces and lay on newspaper to let them dry for 3-4 days so they don’t rot. Mix Microlife 6-2-4 and Muriate of Potash with Farm Dirt Compost and plant 3-4” deep with eyes facing up. They need full sun and good drainage. You can grow them in raised beds or bags. Reapply Potash at least every twenty days.
