@2:48 That's a good point. The Son of Sam law applies to those who have been tried and convicted. Keefe D ain't had his day in court for the Tupac hit. He DID confess to being party to it but that was during his proffer session so I don't think they can use that against him. Unless the judge is citing a precedent set by some other court case that I haven't heard of. And he didn't explicitly confess in any of his press interviews.

But you can’t obstruct or taint the ongoing trial because of the juries influence ,, I just came out of jury duty 2 monthes ago and one thing they stress as far as the integrity of the case it’s the continuity ,,, soooo if keefe d gets bailed out an has a trial ,,,, an he says whatever in wack interview including the ins and outs outs of his trial that would be a conflict of interest,,, so if keefe got out he would only have to talk about his past leading up to but not talk about his death ,,, he could only talk about his life outside of the murder

Wack assumed he could walk into a court of law and basically outsmart to seasoned prosecutors who, if by taking a look at their previous cases, would have not only seen that they have won convictions but sent people to Deathrow. So, it would have been wise to deal with attorney and not talk business in a jail phone where it's a known fact that all calls are recorded and can be used in a criminal prosecution or to block bail. There is nothing that the prosecutors done that I illegal, and Keefe d not cooperation with his attorney or following his legal advice proves his health issues are just cancer related but also a possible of a decline in mental health. Although, he was never mentally stable to begin with as the possibility of him having a serious mental disorder is a strong possibility. The judge also didn't doing anything wrong in her decision as well. Keefe D lawyer can file for a reconsideration and try again. As, nobody cares whether Keefe d is out or not. As God is the one who Keefe d has to answer too. Considering his cancer has returned, it's safe to say God is calling him home so they can have a long conversation about the murder of 2pac. You reap what you sow. So, it's on God's time not man's and God is ready to deal with Keefe d himself.
