RICO is a highly nefarious law to combat highly nefarious “organizations”(three or more people) . They can attach two of your relatives to complete a RICO charge if your relatives gave you a ride to do any of the crimes that fall under the RICO whether they were aware of it or not. It’s designed for the FEDS to not lose. I’m no lawyer but I it’s think it’s abused to the point it’s unethical.

@@staydown6625 everybody was doing that all over america though. it was a trend amongst guys born in the 70s. they used to stay up all night hustling so they smoked them to keep them on point, plus it was just normal back then. of course they backed off it when stronger weed came out. they weren't ashamed of it back then. a lot of them put powder coke in the weed...some put crack in it. wacko was young...Stone could have been smoking powder mixed with weed. In new orleans, at 14, a lot of kids like soulja slim were sniffing powder. but it was normal though because powder wasn't looked the same as crack. i doubt he was mixing crack in his weed though. he probably put powder cocaine in it. because when you smoke crack with weed in it, it's a nonstop thing and you keep buying it until you go broke. stone elevated into a kingpin, so i doubt he even did it everyday because it would have prevented him becoming a kingpin.

In the 90s my era smoking primo's was common among hustlers not fiends. After the work was cut up and bagged or the shakes left most would parlay with the homies smoking a lace em' (primo). Wasn't my thing but many of my rounds and OGs who moved weight and just served smoked primo's and toot a lil soft too some that boy!
