If you get this problem Make sure to check these things: Connect the power cable and the usb correctly to a usb port and the hdmi to a hdmi port ON YOUR GRAPHIC CARD (GPU)!!! First i connected my hdmi on my computer CPU and this was the mistake i made, it showed this no signal screen. Make sure to know where the hdmi port on your graphic card is and use it, it should fix the problem. See it this way : connect your tablet as it would be an additional screen to your computer... Hope it will help you out
An hour of unplugging, re-plugging, reinstalling drivers, restarts and shut downs. Another 15 minutes on the phone with Wacom customer support. Google. Five step by step videos. Even the little paper instruction manual. This comment in a sea of RU-vid comments stood out to me as the next best possible solution. And IT worked. THANK YOU Lio Bag!
@@Tan.dDuong try to connect with a dvi or display port(if your monitor has one) from your gpu to your monitor. You not only have a hdmi. Your graphic card has to have at least an additional dvi or even displayport. Try this out.
for anyone having the problems: make sure your displaying screen is either on Duplicate or Secondary screen/First screen (whatever it has been set up as) you can do that by pressing Win + Alt + P at the same time. Another thing you should check is your cables, make sure they're connected and aren't loose, if they're connected properly and nothing is working there might be a problem with them. These are the two reasons I had my 'no signal'. (I'm just a fellow Wacom user, I can't help you any more than this, sorry!
@@miakorei4519 If that happened to you, im guessing the tablet isnt connected properly to the computer. Again, im not an expert, but this is me logically thinking. The wacom is acting as an added screen, so if it doesn't display your actual computer screen, it means there is either a problem with the set up (cables) or that (maybe, not even sure if this is even a thing) your computer didn't recognize the tablet as a screen.
dinthe elbers glad to know you managed to fix it! Mine does it all the time, but it’s usually due to loose cables. If you happen to know how it fixed itself, or what was the problem , it would be really helpful to everyone.
FINALLY, AFTER 6 HOURS. I TRIED EVERYTHING; I updated my windows, I installed and uninstalled wacom drivers, I changed HDMI. Restart compter 92744 times, EVERTHING I READ ON INTERNET. Try doing everything above if doesnt,This is solution Having you wacom connected, disconnect everything from box (I dont know the name but where everything conected the HDMI, USB, THE PWER, etc.) And connect everything again And baboom. Its should be working.,

ive had my pro 13 for about 6 months now. i have never been able to just turn on my computer, plug it in and away she goes. i always have to do this trick where i turn on my wacom then one second later turn on my computer, that is the only way i can get it to work and it has to be exactly right otherwise I have to restart and try again. its such a pain in the ass. i would also love a solution
Same problem as me. The main monitor is fine, but only the Wachomtablet has no signal. I'll think about buying another tablet from another company next time.
@@Aesthetichotmess well in some Tower PCs youll be able to see slots lower than the other buttons, really its dependent on the computer, but for my case there is more or less a "square" of all sorts of slots, and then about halfway down the case (where my gpu is mounted) i have about 4 slots in a line (could be different for you, 2, 4 maybe a block not a line) hope this helps-
I have a daisy chained DisplayPort dual monitor setup and couldn't get a signal via USB-C, I eventually had to switch to using HDMI, which is fine by me but this stuff has always been plug-and-play up until this point.
I was able to fix it by unplugging and re-plugging the cables. I'd suggest to do it one by one to see which is loose. In my case, it wasn't loose, but unplugging and re plugging one of the cables somehow got it going.
"Do you have wacom tablet and the pc plugged into the same power outlet? Believe or not, but after having this problem and re-installing drivers etc for hours and doing everything possible, instead of having them in the same power outlet I put the into separate ones. Instant fix. It has something to do with the tablet display not receiving enough voltage due to shitty design if the power outlet its plugged in has too many things in it. Good luck!" that was it!!! THANK YOU!!! I was really desperate and it was as simple as this!
Resolved this by making sure the usb-c was plugged into the correct port on the cable-converting box. It has to be plugged into the side with the screen symbol.
Mine worked but then it turned off one day. I got it fixed by going into GeForce Experience and swaping between game drivers and studio drivers. After doing it for around 10 times it the display turned on.
Hello guys!Unplug everything from everything then plug again! It worked for me hope it does for you.If I was not clear there are some very kind people down there in the comments that have explained better. And yeah that WAS irritating.Wacom is lovely but has extraordinary issues.
