This is very unique Waffle Dahi Wada. Super healthy and tasty....
INGREDIENTS:
FOR WAFFLE:
Yellow Moong Dal (Yellow Split Lentil) 1 cup
Rice Flour 3 tbsp
Ginger 1 inch
Turmeric Powder 1/4th tsp
Baking Soda 1/4th tsp
Asafetida 1/4th tsp
Salt to taste
TOPPINGS:
Yogurt (Non- Dairy)
Sugar (As per taste)
Salt (As per taste)
Green Chutney (Coriander and Mint)
Mithi Chutney (Dates and Tamarind)
Cumin Powder
Red Chili Powder
Chat Masala
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Pomegranate Seeds

Hi...Madhura , yes ,you can store in a deep freezer, it lasts for 6 moths , infect i grind my different difefrent types of dals to make dosas, its very easy if you have ready batter on hand . Grind once & store it in a deep freez, Pls...do check my dosa too. Thank u so much .

Usually we soak vada in water after frying Is there no need in this recipe??

Hiii.. you can use urad daal, and add little of rice flour, bcs urad daal is little sticky. And honestly Moong daal is easy to digest .
