I always love the reaction to Beni. Beni has as many as 4 Shamisens at a concert in different tunes, swapping them though out the concert. Plus a "tech" to retune them as she swaps them. Yuko Suzuhana (singer) was the catalyst for the creation of the band. A prime objective of the band is to generate interest in Japanese traditional musical instruments by the younger generation. While starting out playing covers, they now are performing their own music written the band members. I have read that they more popular in Japan than Babymetal! They have toured in the US and there are a couple of very good interviews of them while in the US. On my "bucket list" when tours and concerts are back.
'Wagakki Band' is a Super-Band. All are master of their craft and they have more talents (like other instruments, teaching, ...) 5 of the members leading their own band/projects in which 4 do also vocals in those. Also Yuko Suzuhana (the singer) teaches the Shigin singing (recite japanese poems). She won a national championship some years ago. 😉Funfact: She also does sword dance and back in the day Samurai had to learn those shigin (poem) It was part of their education. I can recommend WAGAKKIBAND - Bring Me To Life with Amy Lee (from Evanescence) from their Symphonic Night Vol. 2 concert. Just uploaded last week. Had goosebumps & chills. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hk1GtYK7BJM.html or Senbonzakura ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-K_xTet06SUo.html
Cool reaction bro 😄 Wagakki Band is one of the best coming from Japan, their musicianship is top level. You could try: Chie no kajitsu+Somosan seppa (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OaC6ZY0KYVc.html) or Toono Monogatari Yon Yon from 2017 (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WlSVRNAkVXY.html) where Beni (shamisen) is at her best 😎
