Yes, the only difference is the attachments that come with the two steamers. The 915e comes with 18 attachments and the 925e comes with 20 attachments.

Hi Gary, the steamer will shut off automatically when the water level is low. If the steamer is allowed to run dry, a thermal safety fuse will open, causing the unit to turn off. If this happens, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes. The safety fuse will reset itself. We do recommend emptying the tank after each use. To empty the tank, shut the steamer off, pull the trigger to release the pressure, unplug the power cord, and allow the steamer to cool down (it may take 20 minutes). Once it cools down, pull the trigger again to make sure there is no remaining pressure, unscrew the cap, and turn it upside down to pour out any remaining water.

Thank you for your question! The 915e and 925e steamers have the same steamer base and performance. The only difference is the amount of accessories that come with the steamer. If you have a lot of steaming to do and want more versatility, we'd recommend the 925e steamer.

Yes, the 925e steamer is great for steaming carpets! It comes with a carpet gliding attachment and two mop pads that are perfect for use on stained concrete, ceramic tile, linoleum, vinyl, marble, sealed hardwood and granite.

Sometimes you'll need to use a chemical cleaner in addition to the steam cleaning. We'd recommend first applying a chemical cleaner and then go over it with steam to get it clean.

We recommend searching for a marble cleaner, there will be several options to choose from. We'd recommend using the jet nozzle if you're cleaning the grout or the nylon brush attachment if you're cleaning the surface of the marble.

Yes, the 925e steamer is great for cleaning windows! What material are your shutters made of? They should be able to clean the shutters, but we'd recommend testing it on a small area first.
